一种单电源电压输出型闭环霍尔电流传感器 被引量:8

摘要 为了解决现有闭环霍尔电流传感器需要双电源供电,无法直接应用在单电源系统的问题,设计了一种单电源供电电压输出型的高精度闭环霍尔电流传感器。理论说明了其设计方案,磁路上考虑了磁环材料、几何尺寸及开口宽度,并用有限元对其进行了仿真。电路上应用由双运放组成的桥式驱动电路驱动反馈线圈,采用电压检测芯片将反馈电流转化为电压输出。为验证方案可行性,制作了量程为±50 A的实验样机。实验结果表明,该霍尔电流传感器灵敏度可达40 mV/A,其线性度和精度分别为0.15%和0.25%,适用于单电源系统。 In order to solve the problem that the existing closed-loop Hall current sensor needs dual power supply and can not be directly applied to a single power supply system,a high precision closed-loop Hall current sensor with single power supply voltage output is designed.The design scheme is explained theoretically.The material of magnetic ring,geometric size and opening width are considered in the magnetic circuit.The magnetic induction intensity at the magnetic core opening is simulated by finite element method.In the electrical circuit,a bridge drive circuit consisting of two operational amplifiers is used to drive the feedback coil,and a voltage detection chip is used to convert the feedback current into a voltage output.In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme,an experimental prototype with a measurement range of±50 A was made.The experimental results show that the Hall current sensor has a sensitivity of 40 mV/A,and its linearity and accuracy are 0.15%and 0.25%respectively.It is suitable for single power supply system.
