摘要
为了提高开环霍尔电流传感器的检测精度,对开环霍尔电流传感器的正向输出和负向输出不对称问题进行了研究,基于霍尔元件机理设计了等效电路模型、电路计算分析和电路仿真验证的方法,通过将优化后的电路制作成8个实物样机进行精度测试,并与优化前的8个实物样机的测试数据进行对比,结果表明增大霍尔元件的负载阻抗可改善开环霍尔电流传感器正向输出和负向输出不对称的问题,使开环霍尔电流传感器的检测精度提高了0.34%。
In order to improve the detection accuracy of open-loop Hall current sensors,the unasymmetry between positive output and negative output of open-loop Hall current sensors is studied,and the methods of designing equivalent circuit model based on Hall element mechanism,circuit calculation and circuit simulation are adopted.By making the optimized circuit into 8 prototypes for accuracy test,and comparing the test data with the test data of 8 prototypes before optimization,it was concluded that increasing the load impedance of Hall element could improve the unasymmetry of positive and negative output of open-loop Hall current sensors and improved the detection accuracy of open-loop Hall current sensors is by 0.34%.
