摘要
针对武器自动测试系统测试过程的电源保护及管理自动化程度和精度不高的问题,提出1种基于霍尔元件及自动测试系统已有的PCI总线测试资源对自动测试系统的电源系统进行过流、过压、欠压保护及自动加载。给出了1整套自动测试系统电源管理模块的软硬件方案及改进测试精度的方法,通过设计电路模拟电源各种状态实验证明,该电源管理模块精度高,实时性好,能够准确判断电源的各种状态信息并进行相关处理,满足被测对象的测试的相关安全性要求。
Power manage module in Automatic test system for weapon equipment suffers the problems like low level of automation and lack of accuracy,this paper presents a solution for power's over-current,over-voltage or under-voltage problems based on hall element and test resource of PCI bus.A complete solution with both hardware and software and some methods to improve the testing accuracy are suggested.The power manage module is proved to be efficient with high precision and speed of responding,and totally satisfies the requirement of the automatic test system.
