摘要 为解决目前我国对土体沉降监测方面存在的自动化程度低、测量精度不高等问题,提出一种新型基于霍尔效应的软土沉降监测方法,设计出一款高精度实时在线监测仪器。选用多个霍尔器件组成阵列固定在假设不发生沉降位移的参考面上。土沉降带动沉降磁环的跟随沉降,根据霍尔效应原理,霍尔器件会输出变化的电信号。采用RS-485总线将阵列电信号实时上传至主机,经主机对实验数据进行科学建模处理,建立沉降位移与输出电信号的对应关系,从而实现对土沉降实时在线监测。搭建模拟测试平台,测试结果表明:对沉降磁环的定位测试,误差在1.254 4 mm内,相比较于利用接近原理的传统测量仪器测量精度更高,数据稳定性更好,可以实现实时在线测量。 In order to solve the problem of low degree of automation and low accuracy in the monitoring of soil settlement in China,a new monitoring method of soft soil settlement based on Holzer effect is proposed,and a high-precision real-time online monitoring instrument is designed.The array of Holzer components is selected to be fixed on the reference plane that assumes no settlement displacement.The earth subsidence leads to the subsidence of the subsidence magnetic ring,and according to the Holzer effect principle,the Holzer device will output the change of the electrical signal.The RS-485 bus is used to upload the array electrical signals to the host computer in real time.The experimental data are processed scientifically by host computer,and the corresponding relationship between settlement displacement and output electrical signals is established,so as to achieve real-time online monitoring of soil settlement.The simulation test platform is built.The test results show that the location error of the subsidence magnetic ring is within 1.2544mm.Compared with the traditional measuring instrument based on the proximity principle,the measurement accuracy is higher,and the data stability is better.It can achieve real-time online measurement.
