摘要
[目的]了解深圳市老年人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)/艾滋病(AIDS)人群流行现状及CD4^+T淋巴细胞基线计数情况,分析其分布特征及影响因素。[方法]采集2006年6月─2018年6月深圳市的50岁以上老年HIV/AIDS人群的疫情信息和CD4^+T淋巴细胞基线计数,对其流行现状、疫情状况等进行描述性分析,采用多元线性回归分析老年HIV/AIDS人群CD4^+T淋巴细胞基线计数的影响因素。[结果]研究纳入687例老年HIV/AIDS病人,CD4^+T淋巴细胞基线计数绝对值为2~828(207.3±146.4)个/μL。多元线性回归分析发现,年龄、吸烟、性别是CD4^+T淋巴细胞基线计数的影响因素。[结论]深圳市老年HIV/AIDS人群CD4^+T淋巴细胞基线计数普遍偏低,特别是老年女性和吸烟者,且使用安全套意识薄弱,阳性配偶检测率低,应早期检测CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数,并在高CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数下就开始接受抗病毒治疗,以提高病人的生活质量。
Objective:To understand the prevalence of HIV/AIDS in the elderly and the baseline count of CD4^+T lymphocytes in Shenzhen,and to analyze its distribution characteristics and influencing factors.Methods:Epidemiological information and CD4^+T lymphocyte baseline counts status of HIV/AIDS in the elderly over 50 years from June 2006 to June 2018 were collected.The epidemic situation was analyzed by descriptive analysis,and influencing factors of baseline CD4^+T lymphocyte counts was analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis.Results:A total of 687 elderly HIV/AIDS patients were involved in the study.The absolute value of CD4^+T lymphocytes baseline counts was 2~828/μL,with an average of(207.3±146.4)/μL.Multiple linear regression analysis found that age,smoking and sex were the influencing factors of CD4^+T lymphocyte baseline count.Conclusions:The baseline count of CD4^+T lymphocytes in the elderly HIV/AIDS population in Shenzhen was generally low,especially in older women and smokers,and the awareness of condom use was weak,the positive spouse detection rate was low.The CD4^+T lymphocyte count should be detected early and timely.And receiving antiviral therapy under high CD4^+T lymphocyte counts would be helpful to improve the quality of life of elderly HIV/AIDS patients.
