摘要
目的分析九江地区艾滋病流行现状及用药情况。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月—2020年1月收治临床资料完整的246例艾滋病患者,设计一般资料调查表,统计患者的性别、年龄、病死存活人数、人群分布(外地、本地)、感染途径、用药方式、用药种类、用药不合理原因,分析艾滋病的流行现状和用药情况。结果246例艾滋病患者中,男性占比86.18%,20岁~50岁发病率占比72.36%,外出打工者占比67.21%,存活占比94.72%,性传播方式占比97.97%;使用抗菌药物患者占比68.85%,抗菌药物联合治疗患者占比85.25%,不合理用药患者占比52.46%,不合理用药医嘱患者占比19.68%,用药疗程过长患者占比54.10%,遴选药物不适宜患者占比9.84%。结论应加强公共卫生管理和艾滋病宣传工作,必要时可采取行为干预或健康教育,同时提高相关医生的专业素养,促进抗菌药物合理使用,加强患者治疗期间用药干预,从而提高艾滋病治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the epidemic status of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)and analysis of drug use in Jiujiang area.Methods The complete clinical data of 246 AIDS patients who admitted in the hospital from January 2010 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The general data questionnaire was designed,and the gender,age,number of death and survival,population distribution(out-of-town,local),route of infection,medication methods,types of medication,causes of unreasonable medication were recorded.The epidemic status of AIDS and its medication were analyzed.Results Among the 246 AIDS patients,the males accounted for 86.18%,the incidence rate at 20-50 years old accounted for 72.36%,the migrant workers accounted for 67.21%,the survival accounted for 94.72%,and sexual transmission accounted for 97.97%;The proportion of patients with antibacterial drugs was 68.85%,the proportion of patients with antibacterial drugs combined with drug therapy was 52.46%,the proportion of patients with unreasonable medication was 19.68%,the proportion of patients with longer medication duration was 54.10%,and the proportion of patients with unsuitable drugs was 9.84%.Conclusion This city should strengthen the public health management and AIDS publicity work,and if necessary,it can adopt behaviora intervention or health education,improve the professional quality of doctors in our hospital,promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs,and enahnce the medication intervention of patients during treatment,so as to improve the treatment effect.
