摘要
基于对危化品物流风险影响因素的深入研究及调研,提取出十五个典型的危化品物流风险影响因素,通过ISM法构建危化品物流风险解释结构模型,分析这些影响因素的层级结构关系,以及因素间的相互作用影响,并结合MICMAC分析方法深入分析了风险因素在系统中的特征。通过分析得出,不仅要重视对危化品物流风险直接因素的管理,更应该注意对中间与底层因素的管控,同时应优先治理自发集群中的因素,并将治理重点放在独立集群中的因素上。
Based on in-depth study and investigation, we extracted 15 typical risk factors of hazardous chemicals logistics, and using the interpretive structural model, constructed the hazardous chemicals logistics interpretive structural model to analyze the hierarchical relationship between the influencing factors, as well as the interaction between them. Next, in connection with the MICMAC analysis method, we examined in- depth the systematic characteristics of the risk factors and concluded that emphasis should not only be placed on the management of the direct factors of risk in the hazardous chemicals logistics process, but also on the intermediate and underlying factors;at the same time, the factors in spontaneous clusters should be prioritized and the focus of governance should be on factors in independent clusters.
