摘要
本文介绍了国内外危险货物道路运输的现状,归纳总结了危险货物道路运输事故的特点,阐述了我国当前危险货物道路运输存在的主要问题,对危险货物道路运输事故的影响因素进行了全面分析,并提出了相应对策措施。本文的分析可以为政府部门和运输业户控制和管理危险货物道路运输系统提供有益的参考。
This article introduced the current domestic and international situation of the road transport of the dangerous cargo, summed up and summarized the characteristics of the road transport accidents of the dangerous cargo, illustrated the major issues presently existing in local dangerous cargo＇s road transport, completely anal- ysed in an all- round way to the factors influencing the road transport accidents of the dangerous cargo, have proposed some corresponding countermeasure measures. The analysis of this article may be helpful for government departments and transportation producers to control and supervise dangerous cargo＇s road transportation system.
