摘要
在产业结构转型升级背景下,我国高技能人才的短缺问题日益凸显。与中、低技能人才相比,高技能人才具有渐进式、生发式、建构式、经验式的成长规律。高职院校承担着职前阶段高技能人才培养的重任,但对于其成长规律的忽视使得人才培养陷入一系列误区,包括目标定位过高、师生关系处理不当、课堂教学效率太低、校企合作层次较浅等。为此,必须严格遵循高技能人才的成长规律,探索重构人才培养的新路径,其核心框架应为:制定合适培养目标,明确阶段培养重点;更新教师角色定位,激发学生成长动力;重构课堂教学模式,做学结合反复推演;依托现代学徒制度,推动校企深度合作。
In the background of the transformation, shortage of high-skilled talents has become promi- nent, the high-skilled talents are of progressive, germinal, constructive and empirical growth. Vocational colleges are committed to vocational education of high-skilled talents. However, failure to observe the rule of growth, high target positioning, mishandling teacher-student relationship, inefficient classroom teach- ing, shallow school-enterprise cooperation can been seen in the present vocational education. On basis of all this, the writers of this paper argue that countermeasures are to be discovered and proper rules are fol- lowed in the pre-service training.
