摘要
形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,是我国应对国内外经济形势变化的一项战略决策。对甘肃高技能人才队伍的现状进行分析,找出甘肃高技能人才适应产业布局变化的应然取向,提出甘肃高技能人才培养的现实建议。
It is a strategic decision for China to cope with the changes of domestic and international economic situation to form a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international double circulation promoting each other.This paper analyzes the current situation of Gansu high skilled talents,finds out the orientation of Gansu high skilled talents to adapt to the changes of industrial layout,and puts forward practical suggestions for the cultivation of Gansu high skilled talents.
