摘要
对国内外护理专业核心能力的概念及内涵进行分析,综述了护理教学领域在教学模式、课程设置、教学策略与评价方法等不同层面"以核心能力为本"进行的研究与实践。
This article analyzed the concepts of nursing professional core competence, and reviewed literatures about core competence-based nursing education, including curriculum design, teaching strategies and assessments.
