摘要
目的探讨以核心能力为本的护理本科实习培养模式在临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法将2015年6月-2016年4月在本院临床实习的80名护理本科生(以下简称护生)设为对照组,实施传统的临床实践教学模式;2016年6月-2017年4月在本院临床实习的80名护生设为观察组,实施以核心能力为本的教学模式,比较干预前后两组护生核心能力得分的差异。结果干预后观察组护生核心能力量表总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论以核心能力为本的教学模式可提高护生的核心能力水平。
Objective To explore the effect of core competence-based teaching mode in the clinical practice teaching for nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 80 nursing undergraduate were enrolled as the control group from June 2015 to April 2016,receiving routine teaching mode,while another 80 nursing undergraduate were enrolled as the observation group from June 2016 to April 2017 received core competence-based teaching mode.The two groups were compared in terms of core nursing competence.Result The total score and scores on the dimensions of core nursing competence in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Core competence-based teaching mode can upgrade the abilities in the core competence of nursing undergraduates.
