槐杞黄颗粒对哮喘患儿白细胞介素-12的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过观察哮喘患儿血清白细胞介素-12(interleukin-12,IL-12)的血液浓度变化来判断槐杞黄颗粒对哮喘患儿的治疗作用。方法:选取哮喘患儿96例,分为观察组及对照组,对照组给予糖皮质激素和支气管扩张剂雾化吸入及口服白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用槐杞黄颗粒治疗。选取健康体检儿童30例作为健康儿童组。用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)方法检测观察组及对照组患儿治疗前后及健康儿童血清IL-12的水平。结果:观察组治疗前与对照组治疗前相比以及它们与健康儿童组相比较,观察组和对照组治疗前相比较IL-12水平无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗前IL-12水平均低于健康儿童组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比较以及它们与健康儿童组相比较,观察组治疗后IL-12升高水平较对照组明显(P<0.05),观察组治疗后及对照组治疗后IL-12低于健康儿童组(P<0.05)。结论:IL-12可能参与哮喘的发病,使用槐杞黄颗粒可能通过提高IL-12水平达到对哮喘的治疗作用。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Huaiqihuang granule in the treatment of asthma in children by observing their blood concentration changes of serum interleukin- 12( IL- 12). Methods: 96 cases of children with asthma were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in the control group received glucocorticoid and bronchodilators inhalation,combined with oral leukotriene receptor antagonist treatment. The children in the experimental group were treated with additional Huaiqihuang granule on the basis of treatment in the control group. 30 cases of healthy children were selected as healthy children group. Enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) was adopted to detect the serum IL- 12 levels of children in the experimental and control group before and after the treatment as well as of healthy children. Results: Before treatment there was not significant difference between the IL- 12 levels in the experimental group and control group( P〈0. 05); The IL- 12 levels in the two groups before treatment were lower than that in the healthy children group( P〈0. 05). After treatment the IL- 12 levels in the experimental group increased higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 05) and the IL- 12 levels in the two groups were lower than that in the healthy children group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: IL- 12 may be involved in the pathogenesis of asthma,and the use of Huaiqihuang granule may increase IL- 12 level to achieve a therapeutic effect on asthma.
