摘要
目的:通过观察外周血Th1型细胞因子白细胞介素-12(IL-12)和Th2型细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及IL-12/IL-6比值的变化,探讨千佛菌对衰老机体Th1/Th2失衡的免疫调节作用。方法:D-半乳糖腹腔注射建立衰老模型,ELISA法测定小鼠外周血清IL-12和IL-6含量。结果:千佛菌可升高衰老模型小鼠IL-12、IL-12/IL-6比值并降低IL-6水平,用药组与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.01,<0.05)。P结论:千佛菌可维持机体Th1/Th2的平衡,提高免疫功能。
Objective:To investigate the immunoregulation effects of Grifola frondosa On unbalance of Th1/Th2 of aging body by observing changes of IL-12, IL-6 and IL-12/IL-6 in serum.Methods:The aging model was established by peritoneal injection of D-galactose. ELISA was used to detect the 1L-12 and IL-6 content in semm.Results:Grifola liondosa could increase IL-12, IL-12/IL-6 and decrease IL-6 content in senun of aging mrs, there had obvious differences between medication group and model group (P〈 0.01,P〈 0.05).Conclusions:Grifola frondosa can maintain the balance of Th1/Th2, so to increase immune function.
