摘要
根据我校作为应用型本科院校的办学特色,联系我校高分子材料与工程专业的人才培养模式以及在实验教学中存在的问题,通过转变教育思想和观念、加强双师型教师的引进与培养,更新实验教学内容与方式,采用双向选择式市场机制等改革模式,搭建了校内全开放实验教学平台,校企合作式创新研究性平台与质量控制平台,手段上采用软件、硬件同步并进,彻底改变了传统的本科教学思维——实验教学附属于理论教学。通过实验参悟理论之精髓,真正地做到理论应用于现实生产及科学研究。以此为工科院校的实验教学改革提供借鉴。
According to school characteristics of Hunan Institute of Engineering as an application-oriented institute, we analyzed the talent cultivation modes for the students of polymer materials and engineering, and the problems existed in experiment teaching. To completely change traditional pattern of undergraduate teaching thoughts that experimental teaching is subordinated to theory teaching, we must change the education idea, strengthen talent introduction and cultivation of double-qualified teachers, update experiment teaching contents and ways, adopt some reformation measures such as two-way selection based on market mechanism, and built multiple platforms for full open experiment teaching within the school, for innovation research based on cooperation between the school and enterprises, and for quality control, by means of improving experimental instruments and equipment from the both aspects of software environment and hardware environment. The exploration and pactice in the new mode will help students to master scientific theories by experiments, and use theories for properly guiding the production and scientific research, and is expected to provide reference for experiment teaching reforms in engineering colleges.
