摘要
高等教育助力区域产业升级和经济转型发展是其高质量发展的基本内涵。通过运用有序度测量模型和耦合协同度模型研究近10年山西高等教育结构与产业结构的协同演变特征,结果表明,2011至2020年山西高等教育结构与产业结构逐步从无序到有序发展;两系统协同水平也从濒临失调发展为优质协同,但高等教育结构调整相对滞后,且两者差距呈逐渐增大趋势,山西高等教育高质量发展任重道远。山西高等教育仍需加强学科专业调整力度,因地制宜改革人才培养模式,全面提升高等教育结构与区域产业结构互动发展水平,进而实现山西高等教育高质量发展。
The basic connotation of high-quality development of higher education is to help regional industrial upgrading and economic transformation.By using the order degree measurement model and the coupling coordination degree model,this paper studies the characteristics of the coordinated evolution of Shanxi’s higher education structure and industrial structure in recent 10 years.The results show that from 2011 to 2020,Shanxi’s higher education structure and industrial structure gradually develop from disorder to order;the level of coordination between the two systems has also developed from near imbalance to high-quality coordination,but the adjustment of higher education structure is relatively lagging behind,and the gap between the two systems is gradually increasing.Shanxi’s high-quality development of higher education has a long way to go.Shanxi higher education still needs to strengthen the adjustment of disciplines and specialties,reform the talent training mode according to local conditions,and comprehensively improve the interactive development level of higher education structure and regional industrial structure so as to achieve high-quality development of Shanxi higher education.
