摘要
目的探讨保护动机干预对老年男性骨质疏松症患者疾病相关知识认知水平的影响效果。方法将84例患者按时间段分为对照组和实验组各42例,对照组按骨科常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上实施保护动机干预,于干预前后观察患者对疾病相关知识的认知和生活质量情况。结果干预后实验组患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率为100%,对照组仅40.48%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01);实验组患者在环境因素、自我因素、危险因素及预防措施方面的认知明显好于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);实验组患者生活质量得分高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论保护动机干预可提高老年男性骨质疏松症患者对疾病相关知识的认知水平,能促进其不良行为的改变,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of protection motivation intervention on level of relevant knowledge of elderly male patients with osteoporotic fracture. Methods 84 patients were,on the basis of periods,evenly divided into the control group and the test group. While Both groups were accepted orthopaedic normal nursing,and the test group was also accepted protection motivation intervention. Both groups were observed in terms of level of relevant knowledge and quality of life. Results After the intervention,100% patients from the test group had the disease- related knowledge,while the figure in the control group was 40. 48%,and this difference had statistical significance（ p〈0. 05）; Scores of quality of life in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and this difference had statistical significance（ p〈0. 05）. Conclusion Protection motivation intervention can improve the level of relevant knowledge of elderly male patients with osteoporotic fracture,motivate them to change bad behaviors and help them to improve quality of life.
