老年男性骨质疏松症患者外周血清瘦素水平表达观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察老年男性骨质疏松症(OP)患者外周血清瘦素水平表达。方法连续选择近期来诊的27例老年骨质疏松患者(OP组)和31例同龄、同性别、正常骨密度健康体检者(对照组),入选对象接受了外周血清瘦素(LEP)、骨钙素(BGP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)等指标测定。结果老年男性OP组的血清LEP浓度明显低于对照组,而血清BGP和AKP浓度则明显高于后者(P均<0.01～0.05)。结论老年男性OP患者存在明确外周血清LEP低水平表达。
