摘要
目的探讨健康教育对血液透析患者自护性行为及透析并发症的影响。方法将2016年4月—2017年4月在我院血液透析科治疗的120例肾衰患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予健康教育,比较两组患者的自我护理能力、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组护理后血液透析知识、自我护理技能、依从性、透析态度等评分明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组高血压、低血压、出血、低血糖、心律失常、心力衰竭等并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育对血液透析患者自护性行为有明显提高作用,能减少透析并发症发生,促进健康生活方式具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on hemodialysis patients self-care behavior and complications of dialysis. Methods 120 cases of patients with renal failure from April 2016 to April 2017 in the department of hemodialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing care. The observation group was given health education on this basis. The self- care ability, complication rate and nursing, satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After hemodialysis, the nursing knowledge, self- care skills, compliance, dialysis attitude scores in observation group were significantly higher than the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Hypertension, hypotension, hemorrhage, hypoglycemia, arrhythmia, heart failure and other complications in observation group were significantly lower than the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups Conclusion Health education can significantly improve the （P〈0.05）. effect of blood dialysis patients self-care behavior, can reduce dialysis complications, promote healthy lifestyles, has positive clinical significance.
