中药治疗骨质疏松性骨折中Wnt/β-catenin通路的研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 Wnt/β-catenin信号通路可直接上调骨关键因子Runx2,促进成骨分化,胞外拮抗因子dickkopf1(Dkk1)是经典Wnt信号通路的重要调控因子,近年来Wnt信号通路在骨质疏松发病机制研究中日益受到重视,文章综述了中药治疗经Wnt/β-catenin通路促进骨质疏松性骨折愈合的分子机制研究进展,为今后中药治疗骨质疏松性骨折分子机制提供新的思路,以便开发更安全有效的治疗骨质疏松性骨折新药。 Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway directly increases the key factor Runx2, promotes osteogenesis differentiation, and the factor DKK1 is an important regulatory factor in the classical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. Recently, more and more osteoporotic mechanism studies pay attention to Wnt signaling pathway. This paper makes an attempt to sum up the research progress of Chinese herbs on the molecular mechanism of promoting osteoporotic fracture healing by means of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. It also aims to come up with new ideas about the research of molecular mechanism for osteoporotic fracture, and also to develop safe, efficient new medicines for osteoporotic fracture healing.
