摘要
目的:评价见习教案使用和评价并进行学生评教,对麻醉学专业见习教学的作用。方法:选取进行危重病医学见习带教的老师和麻醉学专业2010级本科学生为研究对象;教学督导委员会专家评价带教老师使用的见习教案,进行学生评教和教师评学,评价见习教学改革效果。结果:教学督导委员会专家参照标准对全部见习教案进行了评选、表彰和结果反馈,学生有效评价了老师的带教过程,学生总体见习效果得到提高。结论:通过使用见习教案并对教案进行评价,学生评教监控见习带教,促进了临床见习教学。
Objective :To evaluate the effects of using teaching plans, electing the best ones and students'evaluation of teachers on Anesthesiology clinical observation. Methods: Preceptors for clinical observation for the course of "Critical Care Medicine" and the undergraduate anesthesiology majors enrolled in 2010 took part in the study. An expert panel evaluated preceptors teaching plan. students and teachers evaluated each others'leaming or teaching, and the effects of the reform.. Results: Experts in the teaching supervision committee reviewed and evaluated all teaching plans and gave feedback. Students effectively rated preceptors. The clinical observation was improved. Conclusion: using and evaluating teaching plans for clinical observation and allowing students evaluate preceptors improved clinical observation.
