摘要
目的探讨微格教学法联合临床模拟教学在中医急诊临床教学中的应用。方法将60名急诊实习医生随机分成对照组与实验组,对照组采用传统教学方法进行临床教学,实验组采用微格教学法联合临床模拟教学,比较两组实习后满意度及操作考试成绩。结果实验组实习医生满意度及出科考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊临床教学中应用微格教学法联合临床模拟教学能够激发学生学习兴趣及主动性,提高教学质量。
Objective: To study the application of Microteaching combined with simulating-emergency teaching in clinical teaching of emergency medicine. Methods: 60 interns were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Microteaching combined with simulating-emergency teaching was carded out in the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was used in the control group. Results: The satisfaction and scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The application of microteaching combined with simulating-emergency in clinical teaching of emergency medicine can stimulate students' interest and improve the quality of teaching.
