响应面分析法优化超声波提取蓝莓花青素工艺 被引量:9

Process Optimization for Ultrasonic-assisted Solvent Extraction of Anthocyanin from Blueberry by Response Surface Analysis

摘要 利用响应面分析法对蓝莓花青素的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上选取试验因素与水平,根据中心组合(Box-Behnken)试验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法对各个因素的显著性和交互作用进行分析。结果表明,蓝莓花青素提取的最佳工艺条件为超声功率640 W、超声时间15 min、料液比1︰30(g/mL)、乙醇体积分数63%。采用最佳工艺参数提取蓝莓中花青素,平均得率为6.51%,与响应面分析法优化花青素得率预测值6.52%接近。 Optimize the blueberry anthocyanin extraction process with response surface analysis. The test factors and levels chosen basis on single factor experiment, according to the principle of Box-Behnken experiment, analyze the significance of each factor and the interaction using three factors and three levels of response surface analysis. The results show that the optimum process condition of blueberry anthocyanin extraction was that the ultrasonic power of 640 W, the ultrasonic time of 15 min, the material liquid ratio 1 : 30 (g/mL), the ethanol volume fraction of 63%. Blueberry anthocyanin extracted with the use of optimal process parameters, the average yield of which was 6.51%, closed to optimize anthocyanin yield 6.52% used the response surface analysis.
