摘要
对沙棘籽中原花青素的提取工艺进行了初步研究。结果表明,沙棘籽脱脂后,粉碎度为90目,按液料比为4∶1加入85%(V/V)丙酮,在35℃的条件下提取14 h,对其中原花青素的提取效果达到最佳,产物经正丁醇-盐酸法显色,比色法测定其质量含量可达80%以上。
In this paper, the extraction of proanthocyanidins from sea buckthorn seed was studied. The results showed that solvent(85%acetone : seed=4 : 1) had the best extraction at 35℃ for 14 h, and the shatter degree of sea buckthorn seed was 90 mesh. Content of OPC's was determined by normal butyl-hydrochloric acid method at 546nm to be over 80%.
