摘要
以邻苯二胺和芳氧基乙酸为原料,采用减压熔融法合成了4种2-芳氧甲基苯并咪唑化合物。其结构经IR和1H NMR进行表征。在减压熔融法中,最佳的物料比为n(芳氧乙酸)∶n(邻苯二胺)=1∶1.4,反应温度为(130±5)℃,反应时间为10 min,反应压力为0.092 MPa。该合成方法具有操作简便、反应时间短、后处理简便、产率较高、成本节约、绿色环保等优点。
Four compounds of 2-aryloxymethylbenzimidazole were synthesized by the reaction of o- phenylenediamine with aryloxyacetic acids using a decompressional melting method, and structurally characterized by IR and 1H NMR techniques. The best molar ratio of aryloxyacetic acid and o - phenylendiamine was 1 : 1.4, the reaction time was 10 min, the reaction temperature was ( 130 ±5 ) ℃, and the reaction compression was 0. 092 MPa. This method had the advantages of simple operation, short reaction time, easy purification, high yields, cost - reduction, and green synthesis.
