苯并咪唑氨基甲酸酯类抗蠕虫药物作用机理研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 苯并咪唑氨基甲酸酯类是一类几年来发展非常迅速的抗寄生虫防治药,是许多寄生蠕虫疾病治疗的首选药物。目前对苯并咪唑氨基甲酸酯类抗蠕虫药物的基本作用机理仍不清楚,有两种理论,一种认为此类药物的基本作用机理是抑制蠕虫的延胡索酸还原酶复合体,另一种认为药物是与蠕虫微管蛋白结合从而阻止微管形成以至杀灭虫体。文章简述了国内外有关的研究进展。 Benzimidazol carbamate drugs are a kind of drugs against helminths, which are rapidly developing in recent years, and are the first choice in curation of helminth deseases. Now it is not clear about the mechanism of action of benzimidazol carbamate drugs on helminths, and there are two kinds of theory, one is that the mechanism of action of these drugs is probably inhabiting the complex of fumaric reductase complex, another is that these drugs can combine the tubule of helminths and interfere with the formulation of tubule to lead death.This article introduces the progress in research of the mechanism abroad.
