摘要
自20世纪60年代以来,苯并咪唑类杀菌剂由于具有良好的杀菌效果,被广泛应用于农产品中,至今在芒果、香蕉等热带作物的杀菌保鲜中仍广泛使用。主要综述了多菌灵、苯菌灵、噻菌灵、硫菌灵、甲基硫菌灵、麦穗宁等苯并咪唑类杀菌剂及其主要代谢产物2-氨基苯并咪唑的理化性质、毒理学性质及检测技术,在此基础上,对未来苯并咪唑类杀菌剂的研究方向进行展望。
Since the 1960s, benzimidazole fungicides were widely used in agricultural products due to the good bactericidal effect. Benzimidazole fungicides were still widely used in sterilization and preservation for mango, banana and other tropical crops so far. The physicochemical properties, toxicological properties and detection technologies of benzimidazole fungicides including carbendazim, benomyl, thiabendazole, thiophanate, thiophanate-methyl, fuberidazole and its major metabolic product of 2-amino-benzimidazole were reviewed. On this basis, the future research direction ofbenzimidazole fungicides is prospected.
