摘要
考察了结晶器电磁制动装置在鞍钢板坯连铸机生产中的应用情况,重点研究了电磁制动在不同工艺条件下对钢液液面波动的影响。研究结果表明:开启电磁制动可降低液面波动50%以上,从±5mm可降至±2mm,有利于提高铸机拉速。电流越大,电磁制动的作用效果越明显,电磁制动可抑制拉速变化带来的液位不稳。610块铸坯的统计结果表明,施加电磁制动后,因液面波动造成冷轧汽车钢铸坯降级的比率减少了6%。
The application for FC Mold (Flow Control Mold) technology is researched in slab caster at Ansteel. The fluctuation of liquid steel in mold is researched in different parameters. The results show that the fluctuation of liquid steel can be decreased 50% by using FC-Mold, and the value is decreased from ±5 mm to ±2 mm. The casting velocity can he increased by using FC-Mold. The effect of FC-Mold is increased with increasing of current. FC Mold can restrain the unstable liquid steel from velocity changing. The statistic application results for 610 pieces of slab show that the degraded ratio for automobile steel is decreased 6%.
