摘要
针对近年来高炉在投产不久即出现炉缸耐材温度异常升高,甚至短时间被烧穿等现象,探讨了陶瓷杯结构、炉墙气隙、炭素捣打料、冷却强度、碱金属、烘炉和操作维护等因素对高炉炉缸安全的影响,并提出了相应的改进建议。
In recent years, some blast furnaces suffer from abnormal temperature rise in hearth refractory, even burnt- through, soon after furnace startup. The author expounds the influences to the safety of blast furnace hearth brought by ce- ramie cup structure, air gap in furnace wall, carbon ramming material, cooling intensity, basic metal, furnace preheating, operation and maintenance, and puts forwards improvement suggestions accordingly.
