高炉炉缸配置设计与长寿的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 通过分析炉缸冷却设备配置及水系统的设计对炉缸长寿的作用,提出了不定形材料是炉缸长寿链上的薄弱环节,应加以有效控制才能保证炉缸的长寿认为:设计要采用界面少、耐材品种少的配置方案;重视炉缸不定形材料的质量、强化施工管理、合理控制炉缸的冷却强度、防止胶泥等不定形材料被气蚀形成气隙热阻、合理的操作维护,将是解决当前炉缸问题的关键;改进烘炉规程,提高烘炉时的水温和开炉初期的供水温度,是当前实现炉缸长寿的重要手段之一。 It is pointed out in this paper that the unshaped linings are weak chains in long campaign of furnace hearth based on the analysis on the effect of cooling system configuration and water system design over the furnace hearth long campaign, thus it is suggested to effectively control amorphous materials to ensure the long furnace hearth life and take following meas- ures : selecting the configuration solution with less interface and less refractory variety ; strengthening the quality control of a- morphous materials of hearth & construction management ; controlling rationally the cooling intensity of the hearth to prevent the mortar and other amorphous materials from forming air gap and heat resistance ; operating and repairing the furnace ration- ally ( a key way to deal with the furnace hearth problem) ; optimizing furnace drying procedures and increasing the water temperature during drying and supply water temperature at beginning of the startup ( one of important measures to realize long campaign of the hearth)
