摘要
介绍了梅山 2号板坯连铸机投产以来的生产情况 ,通过对铸坯组织进行宏观检验和电解夹杂物检测 ,对试生产铸坯的内、外部质量进行了评估 ,并分析了产生有关缺陷的原因。
The present paper introduces the production conditions of the No.2 CC Machine in Meishan Corporation since the commissioning of the machine and evaluates the apparent and inner quality of the slabs by means of macroscopic examination on the structure of the slab and electrolytic testing on inclusions, and then analyzes causes to occurrence of those defects in the slabs.
