摘要
本研究采用问卷法对某城市主城区190名幼儿园教师的职业倦怠情况及其归因方式进行了调查,并从编制、学历和教龄三个维度分析了幼儿教师的归因方式对其职业倦怠的影响。结果表明,幼儿园教师的归因方式对其职业倦怠的三个维度均有不同的预测作用,其心理控制源表现出内控性倾向。其中内控性归因维度对职业倦怠的职业压力负荷维度具有极其显著的正向预测效果,有势力的他人对个人职业成就感则具有显著的负向预测效果。
Preschool teachers' attribution on the effects of their occupation burnout from the main urban zones of a city was investigated with a questionnaire. The results show that the kindergarten teachers' attribution has different forecast results. The locus of control showed the tendency of internal control, and powerful others have a significant negative predictive effect for the personal sense of occupation ccomplishment.
