摘要
以宁波市13所幼儿园425名幼儿教师为调查对象,采取问卷法和访谈法,从情绪衰竭、去个性化及个人成就感降低三个维度对幼儿教师的职业倦怠现状及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明:部分幼儿教师职业倦怠状况较为严重,其严重程度依次为个人成就感下降、情绪衰竭、去个性化;年龄和教龄对幼儿教师职业倦怠有显著影响;在编、公办幼儿园、高学历教师更容易出现个人成就感下降;婚姻状况影响幼儿教师的情绪衰竭;职务高低、收入水平、一周工作天数等因素在教师职业倦怠总体状况,以及情绪衰竭、非人性化和个人成就感降低程度上无显著性差异。
Taking the objects of 425 teachers from 13 city kindergartens, the methods of questionnaire and interview, three dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment feeling, the paper made the investigation of the current situation of kindergarten teachers' job burnout and its influencing factors. The results show that serious job burnout happens to some teachers whose reduced personal accomplishment feeling, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization are ordered according to severity; that age and school age influence obviously; that those who are enrolled teachers, working in public kindergartens, with higher educational background, lack reduced personal accomplishment feeling earlier; that marital status affects emotional exhaustion; that other factors such as position, salary, working time are not distinctive influencing factors.
