摘要
现代大学制度是一个独立的内生自制系统,其内在构造模式呈现出一种"软法"意义上的规则系统;现代大学制度的构建需要妥善处理好权力(政治)逻辑、资本(市场)逻辑与学术(知识)逻辑之间的逻辑关系;应该探索从高校党委会改革、构建大学理事会、重构基层学术组织、改革大学学位制度等方面实现权力、资本与知识逻辑的制度化叙事。
The modern university system with Chinese characteristic should carry on the ideas of academic freedom,automatic college spirit,thought of human-oriented and present Chinese peoples characteristic.Chinese higher education is facing with complex relationships among administrative（politics） logic,capital（market） logic and academic（knowledge） logic.It is vital to balance and restrain administrative,capital and academic logic well in the constructing of Chinese university system.This paper provides some suggestions as to institutionalize the logical relationships among administrative,capital and academy from the asects of reforming CCP board in universities and to establish academic governing board,make constitution,practice professorial govemance,reconstructe basic academic organization and reform the degree system.
