摘要
当前,我国高水平大学的发展已经进入一个发展的关键期,需要进一步理顺和完善发展中的各种体制机制。现代大学制度有利于推动高水平大学的持续发展。本文主要论述现代大学制度的演进及中国化的过程,研究我国高水平大学建立现代大学制度的重要意义,并从理顺大学与外部的管理体制、完善大学内部的运行机制两个方面提出高水平大学建立现代大学制度的具体举措。
At present, the development of China＇s high-level university has entered a critical period. Further efforts are needed to improve the institutional arrangement concerning the development. Modern university system is conducive to promoting sustained development of high-level university. This article focuses on the evolution of the modern university system and its development in China, as well as the significance of its establishment. In the end, a specific proposal is put forward to improve the university management system from both inside and outside.
