摘要
以邻苯二胺和醛为原料、碘作为促进剂、"一锅法"合成了2-取代苯并咪唑.该方法不仅设备简单、操作方便、条件温和,而且反应时间短、产率高(73%~78%).
A synthesis method was developed for preparing benzimidazoles by condensation of 1,2-phenylenediamine with aldehydes promoted by iodine.It has the advantages of simple equipment,easy to operate,mild conditions,lower reaction time and good yield(73~78%).
