摘要
以碘作催化剂,由正丁醇和苯胺反应合成了正丁基苯胺.考察了反应时间、反应温度和催化剂用量对正丁基苯胺产率的影响.实验结果表明,最佳反应条件为:正丁醇与正丁基苯胺的物质的量的比为0.8∶1;反应时间为8 h;反应温度为280℃;碘量为苯胺质量的5‰的条件下,正丁基苯胺的收率为35.85%.最后通过气相色谱分析法和GC-MC(色/质联用技术)对产品进行了分析.
With iodine as catalyst, 4-n-Butyl benzenamine from anilin and n-butanlo is synthesized. Various factors concerned in the reaction such as reaction time, reaction temperature and dose of catalyst are investigated. Results show that the optimum conditions are that the mol ratio of anilin to n-butanlo is 1:0. 8, the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the anilin is 0.5 ℃, the reaction temperature is 280℃ and the reaction time is 8.0 h. Under these conditions, the yield of 4-n-Butyl benzenamine may be up to 35.85%. Products developed by GC and GC-MS are analyzed.
