摘要
目的:了解我院4年来抗菌药物的应用现状及其变化趋势,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法:采用用药金额排序法和限定日剂量法对我院2005～2008年抗菌药物的使用情况作统计分析并进行评估。结果:2005～2008年间抗菌药物用药金额呈逐年上升趋势,其中青霉素类、氨基糖苷类及抗真菌药增长迅速,年均增长率分别为99.59%、71.11%和72.1%。头孢菌素始终居用药第1位。结论:2008年下发《解放军总医院抗菌药物管理规定》之后收到了一定的成效,临床使用抗菌药物日趋合理,建议应当在临床加大对合理使用抗菌药物的管理及宣传力度。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the status quo and the tendency of the utilization of antibiotics in our hospital during 2005 ～ 2008 for clinical reference of rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： The utilization data of the antibacterials used in our hospital during 2005 ～ 2008 were analyzed statistically by using the methods of ordering of consumption sum and defined daily dose （ DDD）. RESULTS： The consumption sum of antibiotics increased year on year from 2005 to 2008. Penecillins,aminoglycosides and antifungal agents increased rapidly in consumption sum with mean annual incremental rate of 99. 59% ,71. 11% and 72. 1% ,respectively. Cephalosporins took the lead among the antibiotics used in our hospital from 2005 to 2008. CONCLUSION： The issueing of＂Antimicrobial Management Rules in PLA General Hospital＂in our hospital in 2008 contributed to rational clnical utilization of antibiotics. It is advisable to intensify the management and propaganda on rational use of anbiotics.
