摘要
目的:了解江苏省淮安市盱眙县人民医院抗菌药物使用情况及分级管理制度的成效。方法:收集本院2009-2011年药剂科抗菌药物的出库记录,统计其销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均用药费用(DDC)等情况。结果:抗菌药物销售金额逐年升高,但占总药品销售额的比例逐年下降。注射剂的销售金额及DDDs显著高于口服药。销售金额居前列的药品主要集中在头孢菌素类、青霉素类、喹诺酮类,且均为注射剂。"非限制使用类"药品销售金额及DDDs逐年上升,"限制使用类"药品销售金额及DDDs呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而"特殊使用类"药品的销售金额及DDDs逐年下降。结论:本院抗菌药物分级管理制度已初见成效,抗菌药物使用趋于合理,但仍面临许多问题,需要全院医师、药师及管理部门共同努力,提高合理用药水平。
Objective： To discuss the effect of drug classification management system on utilization of antibacterials in Xuyi People＇s Hospital of J iangsu Province. Methods：The data of consumption sum, the frequency of medication（DDDs）, daily drug cost（DDC） ,etc. of antibacterials during 2009 to 2011 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results： The consumption sum of antibacterials increased year by year, while its proportion of the total consumption sum decreased. The consumption sum and DDDs of injections were significantly higher than those of oral preparations. The consumption was concentrated in cephalospo rins,penicillins and quinolones, and all of them were injections. The consumption sum and DDDs of the ＂unrestricted using＂ drugs increased year by year,while those of ＂restricted using＂ drugs showed a trend of decreasing after increasing, and they decreased year by year in ＂special using＂ drugs. Conclusion： The drug classification management system in this hospital has achieved initial success. The utilization of antibacterials become more and more reasonable. But there are still some problems. It requires the cooperation of doctors, pharmacists and administrative departments to improve the level of the rational use of drugs.
