摘要
目的调查分析我院神经内科抗抑郁药的使用情况。方法采用用药金额排序法、用药频度(DDDs)分析法,对我院神经内科2004～2008年抗抑郁药使用进行统计和分析。结果2004～2008年我院神经内科口服抗抑郁药物用药金额和DDDs呈逐年增长,选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制(SSRIs)剂类抗抑郁类药物的应用占主导地位。结论SSRIs类等新型抗抑郁药是目前临床用药的使用趋势。
Objective To investigate and analyze the medication of antidepressant drugs in Neurology medicine of our hospital.Methods data of antidepressant drugs from 2004 - 2008 were collected and analyzed with the method of sort by amount of money of medication and the method of DDDs. Results The amount of money of medication and DDDs of the antidepressant drugs taken orally was by annual growth from 2004 to 2008. SSRIs and other antidepressant drugs occupied the dominant place.Conclusion SSRIs and other new type antidepressant drugs are the tendency of the present clinical medication.
