摘要
本文利用2006年在珠江三角洲地区9个城市进行的农民工问卷调查所得数据,通过建立Logistic模型和Poisson回归模型,分析了农民工集体行动和集体行动参加次数的影响因素。实证结果显示,年龄、受教育程度、对《劳动法》的认知、是否参加同乡会对农民工是否参加集体行动有显著影响;受教育程度、有无签订劳动合同、打工地朋友数量和城市经济发展水平对农民工集体行动参加次数有显著影响。
Based on the migrant worker survey data of nine cities in the Pearl River Delta region in 2006,using Logistic model and multi-level Poisson model,this paper analyses what will affect the possibility of migrant workers participating in collective action and the number of participation in collective actions.According to empirical results,age,education,the awareness of 'Labor Law' and whether had participated in the association of fellow provincials or townsmen have a significant effect on the possibility of migrant workers participating in collective action.And the education,whether having signed labor contracts,the number of friends in the city,local urban economic development level have a significant effect on the number of participation in collective actions.
