摘要
促进教学质量的提高是高职院校永恒的主题,实行科学的教师绩效考评,对加强师资队伍建设、提高教学质量具有重要的促进作用。然而就目前的实践而言,高职院校教师绩效考评虽然采取了学生评教与教师评教相结合的做法,但存在的问题很多,不但没有发挥其应有的作用,反而引起诸多矛盾。
Improving teaching quality is an eternal topic for vocational colleges. Implementing scientific performance assessment will have great promotion function on enhancing the construction of teaching faculty and on improving teaching quality. However, as far as the present situation is concerned, although the performance assessment system of vocational college adopts the practice of evaluating teacher's work performance both hy students and by peer teachers, there are many problems in it. So it does not give full play to its role but bring about many conflicts.
