摘要
本研究采用教师自我效能感量表(TSE)(简版)、教师工作价值观量表(TWVS)、教师职业承诺问卷和生命意义量表中文版(MLQ)对1065名在职高职院校教师进行调查,目的是探讨高职院校教师自我效能感对工作价值观的直接影响,以及职业承诺和生命意义感在影响机制中的中介效应。结果表明:自我效能感可以显著正向预测教师的工作价值观;自我效能感可以分别通过职业承诺和生命意义感的部分中介作用间接影响教师的工作价值观。研究建议,建立筛查和培养机制,提升高职教师自我效能感;建立高职教师关怀机制,提升教师职业承诺;注重高职教师自我成长,提升生命意义感。
In this study,1,065 in-service vocational teachers were investigated by means of Teacher self-efficacy Scale(TSE),Teacher Job Value Scale(TWVS),teacher career commitment Questionnaire and Meaning of Life Scale(MLQ),in order to explore the direct impact of vocational college teachers' self-efficacy on work values,as well as the mediating effect of career commitment and sense of life meaning in the impact mechanism.The results show that:self-efficacy can significantly and positively predict teachers' work values;self-efficacy can indirectly influence teachers' work values through partial mediation of career commitment and sense of life meaning.This study suggests establishing screening and training mechanisms to enhance the self-efficacy of vocational college teachers;establishing a caring mechanism for vocational college teachers to strengthen teacher career commitment;and emphasizing the self-growth of vocational college teachers to improve their sense of life meaning.
