摘要
痹病是以肢体筋骨、关节、肌肉的疼痛、重着、麻木、肿胀、筋脉拘挛、屈伸不利,甚则关节变形、功能废用,或累及脏腑为特征的一类病证的总称,其致残率较高,对患者身心造成极大的伤害。中医药通痹解结,治疗痹病的优势越来越受到国内外学者的认可。临床应以辨证选药施治为基础,同时结合临床研究进展辨病用药,以期获得较为满意的临床疗效。
Pa disease is often caused by the invasion of wind,cold,moist and heat.Its symptoms usually are pain,numbness, tumescence, muscle and vessel contracture, unfavourable flection and stretch, arthrentasis, function disuse and so on. Its clinical characteristics are chronicity, recurrent attacks and aggravating little by little. Its mutilation rate is high,and it hurts the patients physically and mentally. The clinical treating method should be based on differentiation of syndrome and differentiation of disease. Selecting Chinese materia medica reasonably will conduce to satisfactory curative effect.
