摘要
言土茯苓皆谓其“治杨梅毒疮”,然近代名家提出土茯苓为治头痛之要药。本文通过土茯苓的中医药性记载、古今医家们重剂土茯苓治疗头痛的临床应用、现代药物学研究及头痛的病因病机,对其进行探讨,验证了重用土茯苓疗湿热头痛的有效性。临证时,凡遇湿热所致之头痛,重剂用之,可获良效。
It is said that Smilax glabra is known as its“treatment of red bay syphilis”.However,famous scholars in modern times proposed Smilax glabra as an important medicine for headaches.This article discusses the traditional Chinese medicine records of Smilax glabra,the clinical application of heavy dose Smilax glabra by ancient and modern physicians in the treatment of headaches,modern pharmacological research and the etiology and pathogenesis of headaches,and verifies the effectiveness of reusing Smilax glabra in the treatment of damp-heat headaches.During clinical treatment,for headaches caused by damp heat,heavy doses can be used to obtain good results.
