摘要
目的:研究《杂病源流犀烛》中痹证的用药处方规律。方法:整理出《杂病源流犀烛》中治疗痹证的所有内服汤剂,录入中医传承计算平台(V3.0)中的数据模板,上传进系统后利用平台的数据分析功能进行用药处方规律的统计和分析。结果:研究得到治疗痹证的内服汤剂共75首,包含126味中药,汤剂中药物多为温、平性,辛、苦、甘味,归经主归脾、肺、肝、心、胃、肾经,功效多为补虚类、解表类、活血化瘀类、利水渗湿类、祛风湿类、理气类、清热类。其中用药频次≥8次的中药有29味,通过关联规则分析得出高频药物组合52个、药物之间的关联规则26条,聚类分析得到4类处方。结论:《杂病源流犀烛》中沈金鳌紧据病因病机,治疗痹证不仅祛风除湿散寒,健脾燥湿止痛,亦强调气血同治,扶正祛邪,可为痹证的临床治疗提供依据与参考。
Objective:To study the medication rules of Bi syndrome(痹证)in Zabing Yuanliu Xizhu(《杂病源流犀烛》).Methods:All the oral prescriptions used to treat Bi syndrome in Zabing Yuanliu Xizhu were sorted out and inputted into the data template in the TCM Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0).The data analysis function of the platform was used to conduct statistics and analysis of medication rules.Results:There were 75 oral prescriptions for treating Bi syndrome,including 126 traditional Chinese medicines,most of which are warm,mild,pungent,bitter and sweet,and mainly belong to the spleen,lung,liver,heart,stomach and kidney meridians.The effects are mostly for tonifying deficiency,relieving exterior,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing damp and promoting diuresis,expelling wind-damp,regulating Qi(气)and clearing heat.Among them,29 traditional Chinese medicines were used more than or equal to 8 times.Through association rule analysis,52 high-frequency medicine combinations were obtained,26 association rules among medicines were obtained,and 4 types of prescriptions were obtained by the cluster analysis.Conclusion:TCM master SHEN Jin’ao,the author of Zabing Yuanliu Xizhu,closely followed the etiology and pathogenesis of Bi syndrome.Not only the therapies of dispelling wind,dehumidifying and dispersing cold,invigorating spleen dampness and relieving pain,but also the simultaneous treatment of Qi and blood,and the strengthening the body resistance and dispelling pathogenic factors therapies were emphasized by SHEN Jin’ao,which can provide basis and more references for the clinical treatment of Bi syndrome.
