摘要
目的:探讨复方甘氨酸钙对氢化可的松所致大鼠骨质疏松的防治作用。方法:60只♂Wistar大鼠随机分为模型组、复方甘氨酸钙大、中、小剂量组和钙尔奇D组,同时设正常组。除正常组外,其余各组肌肉注射氢化可的松建立骨质疏松模型并灌服相应药物,正常组和模型组连续2wk灌服溶媒。实验结束后处死大鼠,取血、股骨、椎骨等测定各实验指标。结果:复方甘氨酸钙各剂量组血清钙、磷水平,椎骨压缩及股骨三点弯曲最大负荷、最大桡度,骨密度及骨矿物质含量与模型组比较,均有显著升高(P<0·01或P<0·05),碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P<0·01或P<0·05)。结论:复方甘氨酸钙对氢化可的松所致大鼠骨质疏松有良好的防治作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Compound Glycine-calcium on osteoporosis rats induced by hydrocortisone.
