摘要
在探讨人才安全的涵义时,通过引入生态位原理,系统分析了企业人才安全的运行机理和基本内涵,指出企业人才安全就是企业人才系统与管理系统相匹配,从而达到企业和人才都能发展的动态平衡状态。并依据人才安全的运行机理,设计出切实可行的企业人才安全评价指标体系,然后运用模糊综合评判方法对实例进行验证,得出对企业人才安全的评价。
This article presents the definition of talent safety,and at the same time systematically analyzes the operation mechanism and basic concept of talent safety in the enterprises by introducing the principle of ecological niche. It also points out that talent safety in the enterprises means to make talent system match to management system,in order to realize a kind of dynamic balance,which means both the enterprise and the talent can move forward and develop by it. According to the operation mechanism of talent safety,the article designs an appraisal index system of talent safety,and then by using method of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal, finally get the appraisal of talent safety in the enterprises.
