地方高校电类专业创新创业能力培养路径的探索与实践

摘要 在“新工科”背景下,整合学科和专业优势,建立学科和专业相互融合发展的电类专业创新人才培养平台,打造适于创新创业人才培养的实践教学平台,使创新创业教育与工程实践教学平台相融合,建立集教育、培训、研发于一体的实践平台,通过多种渠道建立校企合作协同育人模式,做好产教融合,产学融合。提高学生适应“新工科”要求的综合素养,为培养电类专业创新人才提供方案,推动地方高校发展,为国家发展战略和区域经济社会发展提供创新型复合人才。 Under the background of"new engineering",integrate the advantages of disciplines and specialties,establish a training platform for innovative talents of electrical specialty with the integration of disciplines and specialties,and create a practical teaching platform suitable for the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,so as to integrate the innovation and entrepreneurship education with the engineering practice teaching platform.Establish a practice platform integrating education,training and R&D,establish school-enterprise cooperation and education mode through various channels,and do a good job in the integration of industry and education and industry and learning.Improve students'comprehensive quality to meet the requirements of"new engineering",provide schemes for cultivating innovative talents in electrical specialty,promote the development of local colleges and universities,and provide innovative compound talents for national development strategy and regional economic and social development.
