为何与何为:生态位原理下本科层次职业教育办学的行动规制 被引量:15

摘要 本科层次职业教育作为现代职业教育场域中培养高层次复合型技术应用人才的"硬"元素,不仅是响应时代号召和提升自我水平的内在诉求,也是落实"类型教育"的有效路径。生态位视角下,本科层次职业教育办学因面临着生态位的"态势"不足、课程生态位的重叠以及专业群生态位的窄化而陷入实践"失衡"的逻辑困顿。鉴于此,应以人才培养为核心促进本科层次职业教育生态位"态势"复归,以课程重构为重点推动本科层次职业教育课程生态位分离,以专业群建设为抓手拓展本科层次职业教育专业群生态位宽度,从而促进本科层次职业教育的生态位平衡。 Undergraduate-level vocational education is the"hard"element in the modern vocational education system for cultivating high-level and compound technical skills application talents.It is not only an internal demand for responding to the call of the times and improving the level of higher vocational education,but also the effective path of implementing"type education".From the perspective of niche,its school running is faced with the logical difficulties of"imbalance"in practice due to the lack of niche"situation",the overlap of the curriculum niche,and the narrowing of the niche of the professional group.In view of this,it is proposed to promote the transformation of"situation"with talent training as the core,to focus on curriculum restructuring to promote the separation of curriculum niches,and to broaden the niche breadth of professional groups with the construction of professional groups,so as to promote the niche balance of undergraduate vocational education.
